Cook your oats in a slow cooker, on the stove or in a deep bowl in the microwave, they rise up high when cooking.
Mix in chia seeds then use the colorful fruit to decorate your breakfast!
Sprinkle cinnamon over the top. I always end up adding a dollop of peanut butter to mine. Then just enjoy!
