Welcome to Happy Healthy Hub, a hub for all thing happy and healthy! We’ve chopped, cut, rolled, and mixed up many of our favorite recipes and posted them here just for you. But(!) that’s not all! We offer much more than recipes. Our food blog has expanded into a community and we believe that being happy and healthy goes deeper than just good, healthy food. It has to be a lifestyle. A BIBLE OF RECIPES
We’ve got a lot of recipes! We have your classic favorites, you know, the comfort food that your mom or dad made growing up. We have all the traditional favorites as well as those fancier recipes that are gluten-free, organic, vegan, vegetarian, nut-free, and more. Whichever kind of recipe you are looking for, you can probably find it here on this food blog. Also, our food blogs keep it simple! No need to look up every other word, we keep our recipes easy peasy and straight to the point and easy for the average Joe (or Jane) to accomplish. We want to be your reference for breakfast, lunch, and dinner… and even dessert!
Want to be healthy and happy? Well, there is no better way to achieve that than with food and exercise. Being fit helps control many medical conditions, helps control your hormones helping your mood, gives you more overall energy, helps you look good, and so much more. We hope that these fitness posts will help keep you inspired and motivated as well as educated. It can be hard to stick to a fitness routine with so many options out there and either not enough information or too much information. We want to start the conversation about the things you want to know about in the fitness world.
Our beauty blog touches on how to be beautiful from the inside out. What foods can you eat to get those strong long nails and hair, soft skin, whiter teeth, flatter tummy and more! Many people underestimate how much out daily food and exercise affects our looks, mood, and energy. We also love sharing our favorite beauty products and how we use them!
Like we mentioned above, to be happy and healthy requires a lifestyle of healthy choices. It can be a struggle at first but after a few months have passed and you’re in a routine, you will absolutely notice a happier you. We also bet other areas of your life will start blooming too! At first, you’re sore from working out, hungry from eating different food than you’re used to, and frustrated by not doing the things you used to do but if you just stick it out, it will all get easier!
