Best Leg Workouts

blank

hhNothing makes the boys say “oh la la” more than a pair of strong, sexy and toned legs. We women know that, but attaining them can be difficult. Women these days have it pretty hard. Between taking care of our families, cooking, cleaning, and going to work ourselves, finding time to work out can be difficult.

However, difficult does not mean impossible. There are so many different types of leg work outs to do. So where do we begin?

Well, I wanted to take a bit of the burden off of you by sharing the best leg workouts that I have found to be the most effective.

Without further ado, let’s begin.

  • Split Squat: Like a regular squat, except you place your back leg on a chair while performing this exercise. Repeat 10 to 15 times per rep for best results.
  • Sissy Squat: Using a chair or table for support, rise up onto toes (heels off floor) and bend knees 90 degrees as you lean torso back 45 degrees to squat. Repeat 10 to 15 times per rep to get best results.
  • Three-Way Lunge: Stand with feet shoulder width apart. Squat down halfway. Lunge left leg forward, to the left side, then backwards. Repeat with right leg. Repeat 10 to 15 times per rep to get best results
  • Calf Raise: Stand with feet shoulder width apart, left yourself up onto tippy toes. Repeat 10 to 15 times per rep for best results.

Enjoy those sexy legs, ladies!
