Take a Multivitamin

A wide array of nutrients go into hair production and follicle maintenance. If you happen to be deficient in one or more of them, you could suffer from hair loss or poor growth. Vitamin C, selenium, manganese, copper, iron, zinc, vitamin E and most of the B vitamin group are of particular importance.
